Veronika struggles with anxiety. She has been fearful at splash pads, climbing play structures at the park, and being willing to explore places.
Over the last month she has really been coming out of her shell and has worked on conquering fears. We are SO proud of how far she has come in such a short time!
She was a little nervous about the water park at first
But after a little while, she let go of her fears and embraced the experience and ended up having a great time at the splash pad
This might not look high, but the top step was taller than even Mark could reach and he is 6 feet 2. It took many many tries for her to get the courage up to do it, but with Daddy standing at the bottom and Mommy at the top, she tried it and made it all the way! I have to admit by the time she was near the top I was nervous because it was so high!

She asked for over a week for bangs, so we finally gave in and took her to get her bangs cut
This was really scary for her because when you finish climbing to the top, there is no solid platform for you to transfer onto. You have to continue across a cargo net to get to the slide. She ended up going up the large cargo net on the side, crossing the cargo net, and made it to the slide!
This play structure was HUGE!!! Three stories high.
After some encouragement, she went all the way to the top!
